Lubricating the treadmill
Spazio Forma is factory-lubricated with products specially designed to have a long lasting effect. Nevertheless,
it may become necessary to replenish the film of lubricant between the running track table and the tread belt
itself, especially if the treadmill is used intensively (at high speed and with heavy users). If the treadmill runs
unevenly, slowing down each time the foot comes down on to the belt, proceed as follows.
Stop the treadmill.
Set the gradient to 12%.
Introduce the spout between the belt and table, as
shown in the illustration.
Oil the tread belt in several different places, without
applying an excessive amount of oil.
Start the treadmill at a speed of 5 km/h and walk on it
for a few seconds.
Stop the treadmill and repeat the above steps four times, so as to cover the entire surface of the tread belt.
Check that the treadmill now runs smoothly.
