Type in the percentage of the theoretical maximum heart rate you want to reach and maintain constantly
during the step with the number keys, then press ENTER to confirm and proceed.

At the end of every step you can:
- either enter the goal value for the next step, followed by speed and gradient or by the maximum heart rate
percentage, and then proceed with programming other steps;
step 2: time = min. 3
step 2: distance = km 3.5
- or press ENTER to end the programming and save the profile.
