Error 65: Error in the IDI
calibration function.
The stylus/part distances have
not been respected.
The stylus is stuck in the impact
unit.
Check stylus/part distances.
Check the condition of the
impact unit + stylus, clean and
lubricate the stylus.
Restart an IDI calibration,
checking that this is the only
menu open.
Error 66: Broken stylus error.
The IDI Track function has
detected that the stylus is
broken.
Error 67: Part positioning error.
The stylus/part distance is
outside the specifications
configured in the control unit.
Check stylus/part distance.
Error 68: Variable empty.
The variable, set as forced, is
empty when the marking is
initiated.
Check that the value of the
variable has been correctly sent
to the control unit by the
master system.
Check that the settings of the
variable match the information
sent.
Error codes 0, 21, 47, 55, 56
and others: Internal errors
During normal use, these error
codes should not be displayed
by the machine.
