57-00 Wings Visually inspect the interior structure of the wing.

57-00 Wings Inspect wing forward and aft attachment bolts for condition
and security (removing the closest part of the wing leading
edge with the fuselage and interior roof panel).

57-00 Wings Inspect ailerons for surface damage or irregularities (skin
cracks, distortion, dents, corrosion), loose or missing
rivets, hinge damage, excessive wear. Hinges allowable
wear is the following: - Axial± 1.00 mm (± 0.04 in) -
Radial± 0.25 mm (± 0.01 in)

57-00 Wings Check balancing mass for security of installation and verify
there is no play.

57-00 Wings Visually inspect ailerons for condition, security and
operation. Check for aileron full travel operation.

57-00 Wings Inspect flaps for surface damage or irregularities (skin
cracks, distortion, dents, and corrosion), structural defects
(loose or missing rivets), hinge damage, excessive wear.
Check hinge arms surface for damages or irregularities
and safety stop wire for deterioration, wear and correct
installation.

57-00 Wings Check for proper electrical bonding. refer to ATA 51-80

57-00 Wings Inspect flap actuator support for damages and wear.

57-00 Wings Perform NDI inspection on the Wings attachments.

EXHAUST
78-00 Exhaust Visually inspect exhaust manifold for condition and
security of installation. Check surrounding area for
burning marks and gas leaks marks

78-00 Exhaust Visually inspect turbocharging exhaust system for
condition, welding cracks and security of installation.
Check for proper torque of clamp connecting the
muffler to wastegate. In case of abnormalities (i.e.
traces of fumes in the V-Clamp area) proceed with
the following inspection task.

78-00 Exhaust Remove V-Clamps (both on turbine and wastegate
sides) and inspect V-band segments for cracks.
Inspect exhaust welded flanges for cracks or
distortion.
