Belt Replacement Procedure
Note: the belt used on the Comet II™ lathe is a Poly-vee belt
Overview:
1. Remove all accessories, handwheels, chucks and faceplates etc.
2. Loosen motor mount and take the belt off Pulley 1. Let the belt rest on the outer tracks of Pulley
2.
3. Unscrew 2 grub screws from the
middle track of Pulley 2.
