Also, check if the brush pressure is set too light and increase it if needed. Ensure the main brush is properly adjusted. Debris caught in the main brush drive mechanism can also hinder performance, so remove any obstructions. Other potential causes include a full hopper (empty it), worn or damaged hopper lip skirts (replace them), or incorrect engine speed (adjust it).

  Excessive dusting from your Tennant Floor Machine can stem from several issues. Check the brush skirts and dust seals for wear, damage, or misalignment, and replace or adjust them as needed. A clogged dust filter can also cause this, so shake and/or replace the filter. Clear any blockages from the cyclones and replace a damaged vacuum hose. Ensure the Thermo Sentry wires are connected, and if the Thermo-Sentry has tripped, allow it to cool. Also, a damaged vacuum fan seal may cause excessive dusting, so replace the vacuum fan seal.
