Why is my Tennant Floor Machine causing excessive dusting?
    • L
      Lisa MoranJul 28, 2025
Excessive dusting from your Tennant Floor Machine can occur if the vacuum fan is off; turn it on. It may also happen if the hopper dust filter or Perma-Filter is clogged; in this case, shake or replace the dust filter and clean the Perma-Filter. Another cause could be worn, damaged, or misadjusted brush skirts and dust seals; replace or adjust them. A damaged vacuum fan seal can also cause this issue, so replace the vacuum fan seal. Finally, allow Thermo-Sentry to cool if it has tripped.

How to improve sweeping performance of my Tennant S16 Floor Machine?
    • Z
      zguerraAug 8, 2025
If your Tennant Floor Machine's sweeping performance is poor, several factors could be responsible. Check for worn brush bristles and replace them if necessary. Debris caught in the main brush drive mechanism can also cause this, so remove any obstructions. Ensure the hopper isn't full; empty it if it is. Also, inspect the large debris trap skirt, recirculation flap, and hopper seals for wear or damage, and replace them as needed.

Why does my Tennant Floor Machine have reduced run time?
    • K
      kristyreyesAug 16, 2025
If your Tennant Floor Machine has a reduced run time, the battery may not be fully charged. Ensure you charge the battery until the charger automatically turns off. Alternatively, the battery may be defective and need replacement. Also, a faulty battery charger can cause this issue, so consider replacing it.
