Why is there trailing water with poor pickup from my Tennant Scrubber?
    • K
      Kristin HooverAug 12, 2025
There are several possible causes for trailing water with poor pickup: * The scrub vacuum fan may be turned off, so turn it on. * The squeegee blades may be worn, so rotate or replace them. * The squeegee may be out of adjustment, so adjust it. * There may be no detergent in the solution tank, so add detergent. * The vacuum hose may be clogged, so flush it. * The vacuum screen may be dirty, so clean it. * The recovery tank cover seals may be worn, so replace them. * There may be debris caught in the squeegee, so remove it. * The vacuum hose to the squeegee or recovery tank may be disconnected or damaged, so reconnect or replace it. * The recovery tank cover may not be completely closed, so check for obstructions and ensure it's closed properly.

What to do if my Tennant Scrubber ec-H2O system indicator light blinks red?
    • E
      Elizabeth SparksAug 30, 2025
If the ec-H2O system indicator light on your Tennant Scrubber is blinking red and the alarm sounds, it could be due to mineral deposit build-up in the module. Flush the module. If the indicator light starts flashing within 1-10 seconds, repeat the flush procedure. If the indicator light starts flashing after a minute of scrubbing, the water may have low conductivity, in which case you should add 8ml of salt to every 40 L of water.
