- DDouglas PowellJul 27, 2025
If your Tennant Scrubber leaves water behind, consider the following: * The recovery tank may be full or have excessive foam. Drain the recovery tank. * The drain hose cap may be loose, or the flow control valve is open. Replace the cap or close the valve. * The squeegee blades could be worn. Rotate or replace them. * The drip trap (Squeegee assembly) might be clogged. Remove the cover and clean it. * The squeegee assembly may be clogged. Clean the squeegee assembly. * The vacuum hose connection could be loose. Secure it. * The vacuum hose may be clogged. Flush the vacuum hose. * The float shut-off screen in the recovery tank may be clogged. Clean the screen. * The recovery tank lid may not be completely closed. Check the lid for obstructions.
