What to do if Tennant T12 has trailing water or poor water pickup?
    • D
      denniskramerJul 26, 2025
If your Tennant Scrubber is leaving water behind or not picking it up well, several factors could be responsible. The squeegee blades might be worn (rotate or replace them), the squeegee may be out of adjustment (adjust it), or the squeegee assembly could be clogged (clean it). Additionally, check for a loose or clogged vacuum hose (secure or flush it), a damaged vacuum hose (replace it), a dirty vacuum fan inlet filter (clean it), debris caught on the squeegee (remove it), a disconnected or damaged vacuum hose to the squeegee or recovery tank (reconnect or replace it), a tank cover that is not completely closed (check for obstructions), or torn seals on the recovery tank (replace them).

Why Tennant Scrubber machine will not operate?
    • K
      Keith WilliamsJul 30, 2025
Your Tennant Scrubber might not be operating due to several reasons. It could be because the emergency stop button is activated (turn the button clockwise to reset it), the batteries are discharged (charge them), the battery cables are loose (tighten them), or the batteries are faulty (replace them). There may also be a machine fault detected, indicated by FAULT INDICATORS or WARNING CODES.

Why is my Tennant Scrubber having poor scrubbing performance?
    • J
      Joseph ParsonsAug 3, 2025
Poor scrubbing performance on your Tennant Scrubber could stem from a few issues. Check for debris caught on the scrub brushes (remove it), worn scrub brushes/pads (replace them), excessive brush pressure (reduce it), or uneven brush pressure (level the scrub head). Also, ensure the debris trough isn't full (empty it) and, if applicable, that the brush drive belts on the cylindrical scrub head aren't broken (replace belts). Finally, check if the battery charge is low and charge the batteries until the charger automatically turns off.

If your Tennant Scrubber isn't dispensing enough solution, start by checking if the solution tank is empty (fill it) or if the solution flow is turned off (turn it on). Also, the solution supply lines could be plugged (flush them), the solution solenoid might be clogged or stuck (clean or replace it), or the solution tank filter could be clogged (clean filter).
