Why my Tennant T350 machine will not operate?
    • C
      Christian GriffinAug 18, 2025
If your Tennant Scrubber won't operate, several factors could be at play. First, check if the emergency shut-off button is activated and turn the button to reset it. Also, check the batteries. They may be discharged, so recharge them. Alternatively, there may be loose battery cables, so tighten them. Other possible causes include faulty batteries (replace them), a tripped circuit breaker (reset it). For machine faults, faulty key switch, green go pedal, or control board you should contact service.

How to fix trailing water on Tennant Scrubber?
    • W
      Wesley NelsonAug 20, 2025
If you're experiencing poor or no water pickup with your Tennant Scrubber, start by checking the recovery tank. It might be full or have excessive foam buildup, so drain it. Ensure the drain hose cap is secure; if it's loose, replace it. Inspect the squeegee blades for wear and rotate or replace them if needed. Clear any clogs from the drip trap or the squeegee assembly. Check for loose vacuum hose connections and secure them. Flush the vacuum hose to remove any clogs, and if it's damaged, replace it. Also, clean the float shut-off screen in the recovery tank and ensure the recovery tank lid is completely closed and seals properly; replace the seal if defective.

Why is there little or no solution flow in my Tennant T350 Scrubber?
    • K
      Kenneth CampbellAug 23, 2025
If your Tennant Scrubber has little or no solution flow, start by refilling the solution tank if it's empty. Increase the solution flow rate if it's set too low. Clean the solution tank filter if it's clogged, and flush the solution supply line if it's plugged. If the ec-H2O pump does not prime, restart machine and set flow rate to high.
