Turn the handlebar so that it faces forward ,
and use the No.5 Hex Key 
the screws on both sides of
the handlebar
alternately torque: 1214 Nm.

Insert the handlebar in the front fork stem,
and remove the plug on the handlebar.
Tighten the previously removed screws
to secure the handlebar torque: 814 Nm.
