1. Charge the ebike indoors and keep it away from direct sunlight,
rain, or snow.
2. Use only the TENWAYS charger to charge the ebike.
3. Make sure that you charge your e-bike at an appropriate ambient
temperature. The best ambient temperature for charging is
charging, while a higher temperature may lead to overcharging.
4. We recommend that you remove the charger immediately after
the e-bike is fully charged to prevent battery overcharging.
5. To charge the battery, connect the charger to the battery charging
port and the power socket. When removing the charger, disconnect
the charger from the power socket and the battery charging port.
▪ Check the tire pressure by hand or with a gauge. Make sure that
the tire pressure is within the range of 4065 PSI or 2.84.5 BAR.
▪ Press the drive belt to check whether the belt tension is proper
you should be able to press the middle part of the belt down
1015 mm if the tension is correct.
