BICYCLE STRUCTURE AND COMPONENTS

ASSEMBLE YOUR TENWAYS E-BIKE

INSTALL THE HANDLEBAR

Hold down the front fork with one hand and turn the stem to the fron, then remove its front attachment.

DETACH THE FRONT WHEEL

Detach the front wheel and remove the plastic protective covers on both sides of the wheel.

INSTALL THE KICKSTAND

Fix the kickstand to the frame with the No.5 Hex Key; the torque should be 9-12Nm.

QUICK RELEASE INSTALLATION

Loosen, detach, and reinstall the quick release on the front wheel, ensuring correct spring direction.

INSTALL THE FRONT WHEEL

Set quick release, remove protective sheets, center wheel, and tighten quick release nut.

INSTALL THE FRONT MUDGUARD

Adjust mudguard distance and fix it to the front fork using specified hex keys and torque.

INSTALL THE BATTERY

Tilt and slide the battery into its slot and press upwards until it clicks securely.

INSTALL THE PEDALS

Distinguish left/right pedals and tighten them clockwise (right) and counterclockwise (left).

ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE SADDLE

Open the seat post clamp, adjust saddle height, and lock the clamp.

INSTALL THE REFLECTORS

Distinguish front (white) and rear (red) reflectors and install them on the handlebar and seat post.
