1000 Hours
Engine specifications require that this procedure
be performed every 1000 hours.
Required maintenance procedures and additional
engine information are available in the
manufacturer's manuals. Refer to Specifications,
Engine Operator and Maintenance Manuals.

All Models:
• Fuel system primary filter (water separator)
element – replace
• Fuel system secondary filter – replace
• Hoses and clamps – inspect/replace
• Engine mounts - inspect
• Glow plugs - check
• Battery and cable connectors - check

• Air cleaner element - clean/replace
• Engine oil and filter – replace
• V-belts - inspect
• Valve clearance - check
D 2.9 L4:
• Engine oil and filter – replace
• SCR feed pump filter cartridge - replace
D 2.9 L4, TD 2.2 L3
• Air cleaner element - replace
• Charge air cooler entry- drain lube
oil/condensate
• V-Belts - replace
• V-rib belt and tensioning pulley - check
Perkins Models
• Alternator and fan belts - replace
• Engine valve lash – inspect/adjust
• Engine crankcase breather - replace
Kubota Models

• Spark plugs - replace
• Coolant and vacuum lock hose of LPG
vaporizer - replace
• Radiator coolant (L.L.C.) - replace
• Cleaning water jacket and radiator interior
• Valve clearance - check
• Cleaning cylinder head
• Valve seats - check
• Gasoline fuel hose and clamp bands -
replace
• Carburetor and fuel tank inside - clean
