  If the Hi-lift settles or does not hold position when the control is released, it could be due to air trapped in a lift cylinder, a misadjusted, faulty, or sluggish counter balance hold valve on the lift cylinder, or a defective lift cartridge valve. Bleed the air from the lift cylinder. Adjust or replace the faulty counter balance hold valve. Inspect and replace the defective lift cartridge valve.

Replace the burned fuse. Charge or replace the battery. Replace the defective light bulb. Clean corrosion build up on the light bulb terminals. Inspect and replace the faulty toggle switch. Repair the faulty ground at the spotlight. Inspect and replace the faulty wiring harness.

  If there is no hydraulic fluid flow or pressure from the hydraulic oil pump when the engine is running, it could be due to a closed shut off valve, a clogged filter, a blockage on the pump's suction port or a collapsed suction hose, or damage to the pump gears or wear plates. Open the shut off valve. Replace the clogged filter. Clear any blockage on the pump's suction port or replace the collapsed suction hose. Inspect and repair or replace damaged pump gears or wear plates.
