Battery rreplacement
The battery voltage is displayed after the segment
test each time the instrument is switched on and
can, thus, be checked regularly.
Should the battery voltage drop below the
permissible value,
"BAT"
" flashes in the display.
Should the battery voltage no longer be sufficient
to guarantee the correct functioning of the instru-
ment, the measuring instrument switches off auto-
matically.
Open the battery compartment.
Remove the old battery and insert the new
battery, type 9V (IEC 6F 22)
(Observe polarization).

When replacing the battery, take care not
to damage the ring.
