CONVERTING TO FREE-ARM MACHINE
ACCESSORY CASE
Your machine can be used
either as a at-bed, or as a free-
arm model. With the extension
table in position, it provides a
working surface as a standard
at-bed model. Be removing the
extension table (just pull it o to
the left as shown), the machine
converts into a free-arm model.
Sewing accessories are stored in inside sewing table
(please refer to the drawing).
CHANGING THE PRESSER FOOT
The presser foot must be changed according to the sewing job or stitch you sew.
CAUTION: Turn OFF the power switch before you change the presser foot.
• Turn the handwheel toward you until the needle is at its highest position.
• Raise the presser foot.
• Remove the presser foot by pushing the presser foot release lever toward you.
• Place desired foot with its pin directly under the slot.
• Lower the presser foot lifter and the presser foot will snap Into place.
