RingandFeedNozzleAlignmentCheckforprocedurestochecktheslingerringclearance.
(f)Connectthesprayhead,partofthespinnerllet(201)torubbertube(242)withclamps
(241).Makesuretheclampispositionedtonottouchthespinnerbulkhead,propellerblade
orlletassembly.
(g)Ifrequired,trimexcessclampmaterialafterinstallation.
(h)ChecktheclearancesoftheairplaneTKSfeednozzletotheslingerring,refertoSlinger
RingandFeedNozzleAlignmentCheckforprocedurestochecktheslingerringclearance.
(i)CheckalignmentofeachTKSpropellerbladespraytubewiththepropellerbladeanti-ice
feedshoe.

Withthepropelleratlowpitch,makesurethateachspraytubeispositionedtoalign
withtherstgrooveonthecambersideofthefeedshoeonthepropellerblade.

Makesuretheclearancebetweenthespraytubeandthesurfaceofthepropeller
bladeisatleast0.060inch(1.52mm)andnomorethan0.090inch(2.29mm)
clearancebetweenthespraytubeandthefeedshoe.Repositionthetubeas
requiredforeachpropellerblade.
(j)Installthespinner,refertothePropellerRemoval/Installationsectionofthismanualfor
instructionstoinstallthespinner.
(k)Makesurethepropellerblades,TKSpropellerbladesprayassemblies,clampsanduid
tubesdonotcontactthepropellerblade.
