Wear limit Ф 131mm minimum.
Disassemble the brake shoe and brake ◎
shoe spring.
Inspection: Measure the brake lining
thickness with three points of Vernier calipers
(two ends and center). If badly worn, please
replace with new one (brake shoe and brake
shoe spring).
Note:
(1) Useable thickness is 2.0 mm.
(2) If less than useable thickness, please
replace with new parts.
Assembly: Assembly is in reverse order of
disassembly procedures.
Note:
(1) Torque of rear wheel bearing bolt: 600 ~
900 kg-cm.
(2) Torque of 2 bolts on exhaust pipe
connector: 100 ~ 120 kg-cm.
(3) Torque of 2 bolts on exhaust pipe and right
crankcase: 300 ~ 400 kg-cm.
