 If the rated switch-on time for the current cycle has already exceeded while receiving the
new actuating value, the output is immediately switched off and the new actuating value
is executed during the next cycle.
The last control variable was 50% (A)
A new actuating value of 30% is received during the cycle (B).
The output is switched off after completing 30% of the PWM cycle and thus the
new control variable is executed.
