6.14 Power supply connection outdoor unit
Connect power cable from heat pump unit to terminal block in indoor and outdoor unit as shown below.
Danger Electrical current! The power cable may only be connected to the ter-
minal block intended for this purpose.
No other terminal blocks may be used!
Caution Check that cabling will not be subject to wear, corrosion, excessive
pressure, vibration, sharp edges or any other adverse environmental
effects. The check shall also take into account the effects of aging or
continual vibration from sources such as compressors or fans.
Caution You should connect the power cable into the power cable terminal
and fasten it with a clamp.
Caution The unbalanced power must be maintained within 2% of supply rat-
ing. If the power is unbalanced greatly, it may shorten the life of the
compressor. If the unbalanced power is exceeded over 4% of supply
rating, the control kit is protected, stopped and the error mode indi-
cates.
Caution To protect the product from water and possible shock, you should
keep the power cable and the connection cord of the indoor unit and
outdoor units within ducts (with appropriate IP rating and material se-
lection for your application).
Caution Devices disconnected from the power supply should be completely
disconnected in the condition of over voltage category.
Caution Keep distances of 50mm or more between power cable and communi-
cation cable.
