Determine the broken or faulty part.
1. Locate the part in the Parts List.
2. Find the part number(s) for the item(s) you need.
3. Before you contact Thermo Scientific for your parts, make sure
you have the following information:

Purchase Order number
Date Required
Preferred shipping method
