z A square root is performed on the floating point value in S the result is stored in D.
z If a constant K or H used as source data, the value is converted to floating point before
the addition operation.

z When the result is zero, zero flag activates
z Only when the source data is positive will the operation be effective. If S is negative then
an error occurs and error flag M8067 is set ON, the instruction can’t be executed.
