First, make sure you've inserted the memory card in the right direction, with the metal contacts facing the lens. Next, power off the device, remove the card, and check the card slot for any damage to the contacts. Finally, ensure you are using an authentic THINKWARE memory card, as THINKWARE cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party cards.
