Problem Possible causes and solutions
The percussion pad does not work properly.
1. Simultaneously press , and to restart the percussion
pad.
The percussion pad does not start after importing the sound
kits and drum kits.
1. Simultaneously press , [KIT] and [OK] to delete the faulty
kits and restart the percussion pad.
2. Re-import the kits.
No sound can be heard when playing the pads. 1. Make sure that the volume control is set appropriately.
2. The volume of the individual pads may be set too low. Set
the volume to an appropriate level.
Interference occurs when using a cell phone. 1. Using a mobile phone near the percussion pad can cause
interference. To prevent this, turn o the mobile phone or use
it only at a safe distance.
The percussion pad is not detected when connected to a com‐
puter.
1. Check the USB cable for correct connection.
2. Connect the USB cable to another USB port on the com‐
puter.
The foot switches do not work. 1. Check if the cable is connected properly.
2. Turn the percussion pad o and on again.
The USB ash drive (USB stick) does not work. 1. The percussion pad only supports unpartitioned USB ash
drives (USB stick) in the formats exFAT, FAT32 or FAT.
2. Format the USB ash drive (USB stick) before use.
