  If the THORLABS Controller's output voltage remains at 0 V even when adjusting, the issue might be related to a short circuit caused by failing piezos. Piezos tend to fail as a short circuit, causing the output current limit protection circuit to attenuate the output. To resolve this, turn the power off, unplug your piezo device, then turn the unit back on and retest.
