When the GPS icons are solid, you know your watch has acquired GPS signal and is ready to
use.
If you start the workout before the GPS icon is solid, you are choosing to start the workout
without the use of GPS. GPS related data will not be recorded during the workout.
WATCH USAGE NOTES:
Use the Up button to scroll through the Training Pages, for information on Training Page
Customization.
By default, the Auto Lap feature is ON. Auto Lap means the watch will automatically trigger and
record a lap every 1 mile or 1 km (based on the unit of measure selected), no interaction
needed.
You will get audible, vibration and visual alerts indicating Auto Lap has been activated and the
watch will display the previous lap metrics for a short time. After the workout, Lap / Split details
can be reviewed on Timex Connect, a 3
rd
party fitness site, or on the watch’s Review Mode.
