Interval Workouts
Interval Workouts are repeating cycles of active and rest segments. The Interval Workout
function in your TIMEX IRONMAN GPS watch can support:
Warmup segment
One active segment and One rest segment
o Up to 99 repetitions
Cooldown segment
Interval Workouts are available in Run, Bike and Other sport profiles.
Before beginning an Interval Workout, you are given a summary of the settings. If you need to
change any of the settings, you can edit the workout settings here. For detailed instructions on
setting Interval Workouts.
NOTE: Once workout settings are saved, these settings will be recalled the next time you do an
Interval Workout.
