Timex Sport Profiles allow you to have settings specific to each sport. You can change settings
for one sport profile without affecting another.
Workout Recording
Your TIMEX IRONMAN GPS watch offers Chrono, Interval and Multisport workout recording.
Chrono and Interval Workouts are capable of tracking and displaying training metrics, automatic
and manual lap recording and access to workout alerts.
Button Lock
This feature allows you to block the accidental depression of buttons while using the watch. This
feature is extremely helpful while doing Multisport Workouts, as wetsuits often press buttons
while being taken off. Reduce the worry by using Button Lock.
Press and hold the Up Button for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate the feature.
You will still be able to press and hold the Down button to:
Transition - Multisport Mode.
Mark a Lap - Chrono Mode.
Skip a Segment - Interval Mode.
You must disable Button Lock to pause the workout or to change training pages.
Chrono Workouts
Chrono Workouts are available in Run, Bike, Swim and Other sport profiles.
Chrono Workouts are the standard workout type.
