Run-Walk Alerts allow you to set alternating time based alerts. These alerts are simply
indicators to you that it is time to run or time to walk, they do not affect the way the watch
records your workout data.
Once all settings are complete, don’t forget to turn the feature On. On-screen icons will appear
to indicate you have activated Run-Walk Alert.
By default, Run-Walk Alerts are turned Off.
