NOTE: Timer usage will not be recorded or made available for viewing later. If you need to
review the file later, it is suggested that you use Chrono (single use Timer) or Interval (repeating
Timer) Workouts.
Alarms
Your TIMEX IRONMAN GPS watch is equipped with three independent Alarms.
Pressing the Menu / Enter Button on an Alarm will give you the option to Turn On or Edit the
Alarm.
Alarm Repeat
Daily: Alarm will activate every day.
Once: Alarm will only activate once.
Weekdays: Alarm will activate Mon – Fri.
Weekends: Alarm will activate Sat and Sun.
