Time and Date
Set the Time and Date for the Time of Day screen and workout start time.
Formats Available
 Time
o 24 Hr: 17:00.
o 12 Hr: 5:00PM.
 Date
o DD.MMM: Day.Month.
o MMM-DD: Month-Day.
Use the Back Button to exit the Clock settings, multiple presses will be necessary to fully exit.
