The About Settings provides information about the latest versions of firmware loaded to the
watch. This will be used by customer support, if you ever have issues with your watch.
Advanced
Advanced Settings should be used in emergency only, this Reset function will reset your watch
back to factory defaults.
Please ensure that you have uploaded all workouts and settings before using the Reset
function.
