TitanTool,Inc.,(“Titan”)warrantsthatatthetimeofdeliverytotheoriginalpurchaserforuse(“EndUser”),theequipmentcoveredbythiswarrantyisfreefrom
defectsinmaterialandworkmanship.Withtheexceptionofanyspecial,limited,orextendedwarrantypublishedbyTitan,Titan’sobligationunderthiswarranty
islimitedtoreplacingorrepairingwithoutchargethosepartswhich,toTitan’sreasonablesatisfaction,areshowntobedefectivewithintwelve(12)monthsafter
saletotheEndUser.ThiswarrantyappliesonlywhentheunitisinstalledandoperatedinaccordancewiththerecommendationsandinstructionsofTitan.
Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyinthecaseofdamageorwearcausedbyabrasion,corrosionormisuse,negligence,accident,faultyinstallation,substitutionofnon-
Titancomponentparts,ortamperingwiththeunitinamannertoimpairnormaloperation.
DefectivepartsaretobereturnedtoanauthorizedTitansales/serviceoutlet.Alltransportationcharges,includingreturntothefactory,ifnecessary,aretobe
borneandprepaidbytheEndUser.RepairedorreplacedequipmentwillbereturnedtotheEndUsertransportationprepaid.
THEREISNOOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTY.TITANHEREBYDISCLAIMSANYANDALLIMPLIEDWARRANTIESINCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,THOSEOF
MERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,TOTHEEXTENTPERMITTEDBYLAW.THEDURATIONOFANYIMPLIEDWARRANTIESWHICH
CANNOTBEDISCLAIMEDISLIMITEDTOTHETIMEPERIODSPECIFIEDINTHEEXPRESSWARRANTY.INNOCASESHALLTITANLIABILITYEXCEEDTHEAMOUNTOF
