Why does the ACG warning system come on in my TOHATSU BFT 90A Outboard Motor?

What to do if the MIL and warning buzzer does not operate on my TOHATSU BFT 90A?
If the MIL and warning buzzer of your TOHATSU Outboard Motor do not operate, the possible solutions include replacing the blown fuse and checking for a short in the main wire harness or incorrect load by referring to the "FUSE LOAD CHART". Other solutions are replacing the ECM or the PGM-FI/main relay with a new one and rechecking. Also, repair any opens in the wire harness between the ECM and engine ground, between the battery and combination switch, or between the ECM and PGM-FI/main relay. A faulty combination switch may also be the cause.
