It could be due to a clogged or damaged fuel tube, a closed fuel tank vent knob, a faulty primer bulb, a clogged fuel strainer (low pressure side), a clogged water separator, a faulty fuel pump (low pressure side), a clogged vapor separator air vent tube or filter, or a faulty vapor separator. Also, you can perform fuse/electrical power system troubleshooting, alert system/warning system troubleshooting and starting system troubleshooting.
