9. PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE & GREASING
. Attention !
− The maintenance plan must be complied with.
− For machines equipped with a barguide, the interior red tubes must absolutely be lubricated
before the introduction of the bars.

9.1 DAILY MAINTENANCE

9.1.1 Cyclic lubrication Drawing: position 4
− Check the level and top up, every 24 hours Both circuits − cyclic and recirculation − are pro-
vided with an alarm with display on the screen
9.2 EVERY 250 HOURS
Δ Attention ! The number of hours means hours of machine operation.

9.2.1 Greasing of clamping rings and cams

− Grease carefully all the cams, the clamping rings
and the toggles...
...according to greasing plan of the machine by
means of a brush and the appropriate grease.
9.2.2 Lubrication of gearbox

− Check the oil level by the level indicator located in
the group on the back of the machine.
9.2.3 Tool coolant
Drawing: position 3
− Check the coolant level... ...by the level indicator located on the tank.
− Top up the coolant
