CAUTION
The exhaust temperature is hot (approximately 600°C (1,112°F) during DPF
regeneration. Hot exhaust gas can harm you or other people.
Do not operate the engine in an enclosed area.
Ensure that there are no flammable materials around the exhaust system.
Ensure that the hot exhaust gas does not contact surfaces that may be damaged
by heat.
Do not touch a hot exhaust system component.
Do not stand near or around the exhaust pipe of the machine.
Understanding the Regeneration Icons
Icon Icon Definition
A parked or recovery regeneration is requested.
Perform the regeneration immediately.
A regeneration is acknowledged and the request is processing.
A regeneration is in progress and the exhaust temperature is elevated.
NOx control system malfunction; the machine requires service.
