Incertainconditions,fuelisextremely
ammableandhighlyexplosive.Areor
explosionfromfuelcanburnyouandothers
andcandamageproperty.
•Drainfuelfromthefueltankswhenthe
engineiscold.Dothisoutdoorsinanopen
area.Wipeupanyfuelthatspills.
•Neversmokewhendrainingfuel,andstay
awayfromanopenameorwhereaspark
mayignitethefumes.
1.Parkthetractionunitonalevelsurface,toensure
thatthefueltanksdraincompletely.
2.Lowertheloaderarms,stoptheengine,andremove
thekey.
3.Shutoffthefuelvalveinthehosenearthebottom
ofthefueltank(Figure34).
