hydraulicpumpassemblytotheengine.
IMPORTANT
Ensurethatyoudonotdamagethemachinecomponentswhile
removingthehydraulicpump.
9.Carefullyremovethehydraulicpumpassemblyfromthemachine.
10.Ifnecessary,removethehydraulicttingsfromthepump.Notethe
orientationofthettingsforassemblypurposes.
11.RemoveanddiscardalltheO-ringsfromthehydraulichoses,tubesand
ttingsthatwereremoved.
12.Ifnecessary,removethe2socketheadscrews(item2inFigure70)and
2washers(3)thatsecuresthegearpumptothehydraulicpistonpump.
Removethegearpumpfromthehydraulicpistonpump.
InstallingtheHydraulicPumpAssembly
1.Ifremoved,installthegearpumpontothehydraulicpistonpump.Securethe
gearpumpwiththe2washersand2socketheadscrews.
2.Ifthehydraulicttingsareremovedfromthepump,lubricateandinstallthe
newO-ringstothettings.
3.Installthettingsintothepump;refertoInstallingtheHydraulicFittings
(page5–10).
