6.Aligntheholesintherightsideofthehandlewith
theholesintherightsideplate,andsecurethe
handlewith2capscrewsandBellevillewashersuntil
theyarengertight.
7.Ensurethatthehandlesareatthesameheight,then
tightenthehandlefastenerssecurely.
8.Slidethewheelsoutwardandinserteachaxlepin
throughtheholeineachwheelhubandthroughthe
outerholeoftheaxle(Figure5).
