Visuallyinspecttheseatbeltforwear,cuts,andproper
operationofretractorandbuckle.Replaceitbeforeoperating
ifitisdamaged.
Checkingthe
Rollover-Protection-System
(ROPS)Knobs
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
WARNING
Toavoidinjuryordeathfromrollover:keeptheroll
barinthefullyraisedlockedpositionandusethe
seatbelt.
Ensuretheseatissecuredtothemachine.
Checkthatboththemountinghardwareandtheknobsarein
goodworkingcondition.Makesurethattheknobsarefully
engagedwiththeROPSintheraisedposition.Theupper
hoopoftherollbarmayneedtobepushedforwardorpulled
rearwardtogetbothknobsfullyengaged(Figure50).

1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO).
2.Drivetoanopen,atarea,andmovethe
motion-controlleverstotheneutral-lockedposition.
3.MovethethrottlemidwaybetweenFastandSlow .
4.Movebothmotion-controlleversforwarduntilthey
bothhitthestopsintheT-slot.
5.Checkwhichwaythemachinetracks.
6.Ifittrackstotheright,loosentheboltsandadjust
theleftstopplaterearwardontheleftT-slotuntilthe
machinetracksstraight(Figure51).
7.Ifittrackstotheleft,loosentheboltsandadjustthe
rightstopplaterearwardontherightT-slotuntilthe
machinetracksstraight(Figure51).
8.Tightenthestopplate(Figure51).
