SettingUptheMachine
Note:Ensurethatthemowerdeckisleveledbefore
matchingtheheight-of-cut(HOC).
1.Positionthemoweronaatsurface.
2.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),movethe
motion-controlleverstotheneutral-lockedposition,
andsettheparkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
4.Checktirepressureofthedrivetires.
5.Ifneeded,adjustto90kPa(13psi).
6.Positionthemowertothe76mm(3inches)
height-of-cutposition.
LevelingtheDeck
1.Positionthemoweronaatsurface.
2.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,remove
thekey,andengagetheparkingbrake.
3.Checkthetirepressureinthedrivetires.
Note:Properinationpressureforthetiresis90kPa
(13psi).
4.Positionthetransportlockinthelatchingposition.
5.Pushthedeck-liftpedalallthewayforwardandthe
deckwilllatchatthe14cm(5-1/2inches)transport
position(Figure72).
