1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),movethe
motion-controlleverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCKposition,
andsettheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.

fromtheelectricaloutlet,thendisconnectthecharger
leadsfromthebatteryposts(Figure68).
3.Installthebatteryinthemachineandconnectthe
batterycables;refertoInstallingtheBattery(page46).

disconnected;otherwise,electricaldamagemayoccur.
