CheckingtheHydraulicOil
ServiceInterval:Every50hours—Checkthehydraulic
oillevel.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedpositionandsettheparking
brake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
4.Allowtheenginetoandhydraulicsystemtocoolfor
tenminutes.
5.Raisetheseatup.
6.Cleantheareaaroundthedipsticksofhydraulic
systemreservoirs(
Figure83).
7.Removeonedipstickfromthehydraulicreservoir
(
Figure83).
8.Wipethedipstickoffandthreadthedipstickinto
thereservoir.
9.Removethedipstickandlookatthemetalend
(
Figure83).Thelevelneedstobewithinknurled
section.Ifoillevelislow,slowlypouronlyenough
oilintothehydraulicreservoirtoraisethelevelto
theknurledsection.
Important:Donotoverllthehydraulicunits
withoilasdamagemayoccur.Donotrunthe
machinewithoilbelowtheknurledsection
becausedamagemayoccur.
10.Installthedipstick.
