Toshutoffthemachine,movethemotion-controlleversto
neutralandthentotheNEUTRAL-LOCKposition,disengage
theblade-controlswitch(PTO),andturntheignitionkeyto
theOFFposition.
Settheparkingbrakewhenyouleavethemachine;referto
SettingtheParkingBrake(page20).Removethekeyfrom
theignitionswitch.
CAUTION
Childrenorbystandersmaybeinjuredifthey
moveorattempttooperatethemachinewhileitis
unattended.
Alwaysremovetheignitionkeyandsettheparking
brakewhenleavingthemachineunattended,even
ifjustforafewminutes.
AdjustingtheHeightofCut
UsingtheTransportLock
Thetransportlockhas2positions,andisusedwiththe
deck-liftpedal.ThereisaLOCKpositionandanUNLOCK
positionforthetransportpositionofthemowerdeck(Figure
27).
