What to do if the clutch does not engage on my Toro Lawn Mower?

If the clutch on your Toro Lawn Mower isn't engaging, start by replacing the fuse. Check the coil resistance, battery charge, charging system, and wiring connections, and replace components if necessary. If there is low voltage supply at the clutch, check the coil resistance, battery charge, charging system, and wiring connections and replace parts if necessary. If the coil is damaged, replace the clutch. If there is inadequate current supply, repair or replace the clutch lead wire or electrical system and clean the connector contacts. Remove the shim or replace the clutch if the rotor/armature air gap is too large.
