Thesteeringmotorismountedtothesteeringgearboxhousingovertherear
wheelcasterfork.Thesteeringmotorhasitsownon-boardcontroller(SC7).
Tooperate,thesteeringmotorrequires48Vlogicpower(suppliedbythelogic
relay),aconnectiontothe48Vpowerbus,andaconnectiontotheCANbusto
sendandreceivecontrolmessages.Thesteeringmotorisconnectedtothe48V
powerbusatalltimesandisnotcontrolledbythemaincontactor.
Thesteeringmotorisnotserviceable,andisbesttestedbyusingtheinformation
providedontheInfoCenterdisplayasdescribedinthefollowingtestprocedure.
