AssemblingtheTransportWheel
1.Iftheshoulderscrewswereremovedfromthehub,applyLoctite#242(or
equivalent)tothethreadsoftheshoulderscrews.Securethetorsionspring
andretaininglevertothehubwiththeshoulderscrews.
2.Assemblethetire,tube,anddeeprim.
3.Installtheshallowrimintothetire.Alignandsecuretheshallowrimtothe
deeprimwith4boltsand4angenuts.Tightenthefasteners.
4.Installthehubintothedeeprim.Securethehubtothedeeprimwiththe3
boltsand3lockwashers.Tightenthefasteners.
5.Inatethetireto83to103kPa(12to15psi).
InstallingtheTransportWheel
1.Ensurethatthemachineisparkedonalevelsurface.
2.Supportthemachineontothekickstand.
3.Slidethetransportwheelcompletelyontothewheelhexshaftuntilthewheel
retainingleverissecuredintothegrooveontothewheelhexshaft.
